Urethane lined High-Pressure Slurry Knife Gate Valve

The FPV Urethane lined High Pressure Slurry Knife Gate Valve is designed for full on/off applications. The urethane is moulded throughout the body and chest area. The lining is flush with the bottom of the valve eliminating any pocket where material can collect.

How the Valve Operates

Designed specifically to heavy-duty applications, the sleeves are easily replaced in the field, prolonging valve working life. Sleeves provide 100% bubble tight seal and rely on the sleeves to seal. The sleeves are bi-directional and have an internal stiffening ring.

The valve is suited for mining and mineral processing, power generation, sand/gravel, chemical & soda ash, pulp & paper, environmental & effluent, dry feeds & powders.
